AUSKF Summer Camp 2016 – Guest Sensei Announcement

We are very excited to be able to confirm that the two guest sensei from
Japan for the 2016 AUSKF Summer Camp will be Toru Kamei sensei (8dan
Hanshi – Kumamoto Prefecture) and Toshiya Ishida sensei (8dan Kyoshi –
Tokyo Prefecture). While both senseis are renowned throughout Japan and
the world, here is a short list of some of their achievements:

All Japan Kendo Championship 2nd Place
All Japan 8th Dan Championship 2nd Place
All Japan 7th Dan Championship 1st Place (5 times)
All Japan Police Team Championship 1st Place

TOSHIYA ISHIDA SENSEI
Kyoshi 8 Dan
World Kendo Championships 1st Place Team Division
World Kendo Championships 3rd Place Individual Division
All Japan Kendo Championship 1st Place (2 times)
All Japan 8th Dan Championship 1st Place
All Japan 7th Dan Championship 1st Place (2 times)
All Japan Police Team Championship 1st Place (3 times)
All Japan Police Individual Championship 1st Place

We are extremely excited to have both Kamei sensei and Ishida sensei
